Bottom line:
The Infasecure Ranger convertible car seat is a 0-4 seat based off the same shell as the Neon II. Both the Ranger Eclipse and the Ranger Nexus are identical save for the colour of the seat. It is quite narrow, which is good for fitting 3 seats across, but is quite deep in rearward facing mode.
The main issue with this seat is that while there are numerous recline positions, some parents report that none of them recline deeply enough, causing sleeping children to flop their heads.
If you don’t care about the colour, get the Infasecure Aero, which is only $159 and essentially the same seat.
Who this is for:
Parents looking for a low price convertible car seat.
