Bottom line:
The Safety 1st Summit ISO 30 is the extended rearward facing version of the original Summit AP. This seat is a 0 – 30mo rearward facing / 12mo – 4 yr forward facing convertible car seat that is priced at the lower end of ISOFIX convertible car seats. It does have Air Protect side head impact protection and quite a small footprint at only 45cm wide and 55cm deep in rearward facing mode.
It’s ok value at RRP but the Safe-n-Sound Safe-Fix and Quick-Fix are the best value budget ISOFIX car seats out there.
Who this is for:
Parents looking for a basic ISOFIX convertible car seat but with additional head protection.
