Pros and cons
Pros
+ Side impact protection + Adjustable headrest and seat depth + Fits range of sizes + Arm rests + Cup holders + The only 5-star safety rating booster in Australia
Cons
– Wide – Expensive
Bottom line:
Nuna, the Dutch baby company, have come out with a cracker of a booster seat in the Aace. It is loaded with safety features with side head and torso impact protection and is the only booster to receive 5 stars in the latest CREP standards. It’s also highly adjustable: both height and seat depth are adjustable meaning it will fit all sizes of children.
Comfort wise, it has arm rests, all-important cup holders, and premium fabric. Your child is sure to be comfy and catered for in this seat.
It is wide, however, and may not be the right seat if you need to fit it alongside other seats in the rear.
The other downside is the price: at $399, it is the most expensive booster seat on the market but it does compare favorably to harnessed car seats. However, it has been seen for less than $200 in the wild, so it is worth shopping around for it.
Who this is for:
Parents looking for a highly-adjustable, premium booster seat to suit all sizes of children.
